This quote by JoJo Jensen perfectly describes how I was feeling a few weeks ago. I was laying in bed wide awake tossing and turning. My mind was racing thinking, "I just want to sleep like a baby. Why can't I shut my brain down? UGH!" Have you ever tried to fall asleep only to find yourself laying wide awake with a million thoughts running through your head? Do they sound like this? “I need to do laundry, pick up milk, call my client back, plan for Thursday’s meeting, thaw out meat for dinner, and pick up a birthday present.” A few weeks ago, that was me. I tried to stop thinking, counted sheep - or whatever it is we count - tossed and turned, and finally decided to get up.
